I regret to Gsm operator such as m3, which can not serve consumers well lately. M3 makes me feel disappointed.  A coused by there is unmatched between the promotion and the reality. Promotions that when using a number of new m3 will get a bonus sms, but it is not.

The networks to call it like it was busy when dialed number is not busy, and when sending sms arrival lately. It is unfortunate the m3 does not provide a good confirmation to cunstomers and not in accordance with the promotion, which aired on the ad. I hope m3 could fix it soon, so customers do not switch to another operator.
